1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aaikyam Wellness. By accessing our website (https://aaikyamwellness.com), booking a free consultation, or enrolling in any of our wellness programs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or enroll in our programs. Aaikyam Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

2. About Aaikyam Wellness

Aaikyam Wellness offers therapeutic yoga, naturopathy, and nutrition-based wellness programs delivered online. Our programs are structured around live group yoga sessions, personalised diet plans, and follow-up consultations. We also offer a free 30-minute consultation to new users. All sessions are facilitated by trained practitioners.

3. Eligibility

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided during registration and onboarding is accurate and complete.

Aaikyam Wellness programs are wellness and lifestyle programs, not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a serious or acute medical condition, you must consult your doctor before enrolling.

4. Program Offerings & Plans

Aaikyam Wellness currently offers the following subscription-based plans, all of which are pre-paid:

  • Foundation Program – INR 7,500 | 30 days | 12 live group sessions | 2 follow-up video calls | 5-day freezing period
  • Transformation Program – INR 12,500 | 60 days | 24 live group sessions | 4 follow-up video calls | 10-day freezing period | 2 breaks allowed
  • Mastery Program – INR 21,500 | 90 days | 36 live group sessions | 6 follow-up video calls | 15-day freezing period | 2 breaks allowed

All programs include biweekly diet monitoring, diet and activity recall, root cause analysis, and health goal setting as described on our website.

5. Free Consultation

We offer a complimentary 30-minute online consultation to prospective clients. To avail this, you must fill in a short form on our website providing your name, contact details, and basic health information. This session is a one-time offering for new clients and is intended to help you determine if our programs are suitable for your needs. It does not constitute medical consultation or advice.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Method

Aaikyam Wellness accepts payment exclusively via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). Our UPI ID is published on our website. You must make the full program fee payment to the displayed UPI ID using any UPI-enabled app of your choice (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, etc.).

6.2 Payment Confirmation & Plan Activation

After making the UPI payment, you must share the payment confirmation (screenshot or UTR/transaction reference number) with us via the contact method specified on our website or communicated to you at the time of enrollment. Your plan will be activated only after we have manually verified the payment. Aaikyam Wellness is not responsible for delays in plan activation caused by failure to share payment confirmation.

6.3 No Automated Payment Processing

We do not use a payment gateway or any automated payment processing system. All payments are peer-to-peer UPI transfers. Accordingly, we do not store, process, or have access to your bank credentials or card information.

6.4 Taxes

All program fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to comply with any applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: All payments made to Aaikyam Wellness are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made via UPI and your plan is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to attend sessions, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with any individual session.

The following additional terms apply:

  • Freezing Period: Each program includes a freezing period (5 days for Foundation, 10 days for Transformation, 15 days for Mastery). During this period, your program timeline is paused, but sessions cannot be accessed. Freezing requests must be submitted in advance.
  • Allowed Breaks: The Transformation and Mastery Programs allow a limited number of planned breaks (2 breaks each) within the program duration, as described on our website.
  • Missed Sessions: Sessions missed by the client without prior notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or compensated.
  • Program Cancellation by Aaikyam Wellness: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver any sessions due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer alternative session slots or a proportionate extension of the program duration. No refunds will be provided in this case.

8. Session Scheduling – Zoho Bookings

Once your plan is activated, you will schedule your live group yoga sessions using Zoho Bookings. Session availability is subject to the schedule published on the platform. You are responsible for booking your sessions within the program duration and in accordance with the number of sessions included in your plan.

Sessions not booked within the program validity period will lapse and cannot be carried forward or refunded. Rescheduling of already-booked sessions is subject to availability and must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

9. Health Disclaimer & Participant Responsibility

Yoga and nutrition programs involve physical activity and dietary guidance. By enrolling, you acknowledge the following:

  • You have disclosed all relevant health conditions, injuries, and medical history during onboarding. Aaikyam Wellness is not responsible for any adverse effects arising from information you withheld.
  • Our programs are wellness programs. We do not offer medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical treatment.
  • You must immediately inform your practitioner if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse reaction during a session.
  • Any health decisions you make based on our guidance are your own responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise or dietary program.
  • Aaikyam Wellness, its practitioners, and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from participation in our programs.

10. Code of Conduct

All participants in live group sessions are expected to:

  • Join sessions punctually and in a distraction-free environment
  • Maintain respectful conduct towards the practitioner and other participants
  • Not record, screenshot, or share any session content, including video or audio, without written permission from Aaikyam Wellness
  • Not share your session access link with any third party

Aaikyam Wellness reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or terminate their access to the program without refund in cases of disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aaikyam Wellness website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, session materials, diet plans, and wellness protocols, is the intellectual property of Aaikyam Wellness and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our explicit written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aaikyam Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the program in relation to which the claim arises.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
