This health information is sensitive in nature. It is collected only to personalize your yoga protocol and nutrition plan, and is never shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

2.3 Free Consultation Form

When you book a free 30-minute online consultation via our website, you are required to fill in a short form that includes basic health details. This information is used solely to prepare our practitioner for your consultation session and help us understand your wellness needs before the call.

2.4 Class Scheduling via Zoho Bookings

2.5 Technical & Usage Data

Our website may automatically collect standard technical data such as browser type, IP address, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is collected in aggregate and is used solely for website analytics and improvement.

  • To process your program enrollment and activate your plan after confirming UPI payment
  • To build and deliver a personalized yoga and nutrition program suited to your health profile
  • To schedule and manage your live group yoga sessions through Zoho Bookings
  • To conduct biweekly diet monitoring, follow-up video calls, and progress reviews
  • To respond to your free consultation request and prepare for your session
  • To send you program-related communications, reminders, and updates via email or WhatsApp

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling for advertising, or selling to any third party.

4. UPI Payment & Financial Data

Aaikyam Wellness accepts payments exclusively via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). Our UPI ID is displayed on our website. You initiate the payment directly through your preferred UPI-enabled app (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).

We do not collect, store, or process any payment credentials, bank account details, or card information. All UPI transactions occur directly between you and your bank through the UPI network. We only receive a payment confirmation from you (screenshot or UTR reference) to manually verify and activate your plan.

Since payments are made directly via UPI without a payment gateway intermediary, Aaikyam Wellness does not retain any financial data beyond the transaction reference for record-keeping purposes.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

  • Zoho Bookings: Scheduling data (name, email, phone, and booked session details) is shared with Zoho’s platform for class management purposes.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority under applicable Indian regulations.
  • Business Transfer: In the unlikely event of a business restructuring or transfer, your data may be transferred to a successor entity, with prior notice to you.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal and health information for the duration of your active program and for a period of 2 years thereafter, to support any follow-up queries or re-enrollment. Health-related data provided during onboarding and consultations is retained in secured internal records only accessible to our practitioners.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to us at support@aaikyamwellness.com, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Health and onboarding data is handled by trained personnel only and is not stored on publicly accessible systems.

However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our wellness programs are designed for adults (18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us information without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
